Social responsibility

Making a genuine connection with and giving back to the community gives us an opportunity to grow as a company. We are passionate about the development of the real estate sector and are a long-term parner for the Nordic Real Estate Forum, the biggest real estate conference in the Baltics. We care highly for the well-being and education of children and youth. We have thus for many years been supporting the SOS Children’s Village in Estonia. Similarly, we have been a long-term contributor to the foundation aiding young Estonian athletes in their training. In order to contribute to the development of sustainability issues East Capital Real Estate, a part of the East Capital Group, takes part in several initiatives. Among other, we are a signatory to Principles of Responsible Investments since 2012 and a participant in the United Nations Global Compact since 2022. Read more about our participations here

For many years, East Capital Real Estate has been a sponsor of the biggest real estate conference in the Baltics, #NREF, which brings together the best and brightest RE industry professionals to catch up on the most important industry topics, get new insights, and expand their expertise.

For many years, East Capital has also been supporting SOS children in Estonia, giving them the opportunity to grow up in an environment that resembles a regular home as closely as possible.

Sport is a unifying force, and it is important to support the doers from an early age so that we can be grateful for the powerful emotions that young athletes at various top competitions offer us.
