Madis Raidma

Based in Tallinn At East Capital since 2008 / In the industry since 2001 Madis joined East Capital in 2008 and is the CEO of East Capital Real Estate. He was previously the CEO of AVEC Asset Management, East Capital’s joint venture with Arco Real Estate. Madis has more than 20 years of experience in banking, corporate finance and investment management. Madis holds a MSc in Business Administration from Tallinn Technical University. He speaks Estonian, English and Russian.

Arūnas Gricius

Based in Vilnius At East Capital since 2017 / In the industry since 2006 Arūnas joined East Capital in 2018 and is the Country Manager of East Capital Real Estate AS, the management company of East Capital’s Baltic real estate funds. He was previously head of asset management for SEB distressed assets portfolio in Lithuania and Latvia as part of Baltic Property Trust team. Arūnas has more than 15 years of experience in real estate acquisition, valuation and asset management for institutional clients.

Aare Hommik

Based in Tallinn At East Capital since 2009 / In the industry since 2000 Aare is part of East Capital’s real estate team and is responsible for constructing projects in the Baltics. He has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering including site and project management, design and construction management and construction supervision. Aare holds a MSc in Civil Engineering and Economics from Tallinn Technical University. He speaks Estonian, English and Russian.

Martin Otsa

Based in Tallinn At East Capital since 2008 / In the industry since 1998 Martin Otsa is part of East Capital’s real estate team and is responsible for investment management in the Baltics and asset management in Estonia. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate including valuation, leasing, project development, construction- and investment management. Martin holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and economics from Tallinn Technical University. He speaks Estonian, English and Russian.

Pille Rand

Based in Tallinn At East Capital since 2013 / In the industry since 2010 Pille joined East Capital in 2013 and is the analyst at East Capital Baltics AS, the management company of East Capital’s Baltic real estate funds. She is responsible for new acquisitions’ analysis, budgeting and follow-ups, investor, managerial and other reporting for the investments across Baltics amongst other tasks. Pille has previously worked 6 years at Swedbank, Estonian leading commercial bank as a credit analyst for various businesses, including last 3 years with real estate companies. Her main tasks included working through credit applications, preparing materials and recommendations for credit decisions and sector research. Pille has also worked in cash management and treasury area at Statoil Fuel & Retail Europe (now Circle K Europe) finance centre located in Tallinn Pille holds university degrees from the leading business universities in Estonia - BA in Economics from Tallinn University of Technology and MSc cum laude in International Financial Management from Estonian Business School. She is fluent in Estonian and English and speaks some Russian and French.

Albin Rosengren

At East Capital since 2001. Albin Rosengren joined East Capital in 2001 and is currently Partner and Head of Real Estate and External Growth. In the past he has held several roles including Managing Partner with responsibility for the management board for the East Capital Group up until 2021. Between 2009 and 2014 he was CEO of the group securities company during which he led the legal consolidation of entities in Sweden and Luxembourg, resulting in an efficient and international positioning of the firm. Leveraging further on economies of scale and scope he has led several acquisitions during 2017-2021 which has broadened East Capital Group’s operation to include global and Nordic equities and fixed income management as well as a direct distribution arm. Within his responsibility for East Capital Real Estate he is Chairman of the board East Capital Baltic Property Fund, the investment committees of Baltic Property Fund II, III and East Capital Real Estate IV. He is also a member of the board of various East Capital Group’s entities. Albin holds a MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and studied at Lund University (School of Economics and Management) and the London School of Economics.

Ulf Sigfridsson

Based in Stockholm At East Capital since 2007 Ulf Sigfridsson joined East Capital in 2007 as a Senior Advisor and was the project manager for the IPO of Eastnine AB. Since 2008 he has been a Senior Advisor in East Capital’s private equity and real estate business. Ulf has more than 30 years of experience in banking, corporate finance and investment management having previously worked for Citibank 1985-2000 and as Deputy Managing Director of Orc Software AB 2000-2006. Ulf is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics. He is fluent in Swedish and English.

Maris Smiltenieks

Based in Riga At East Capital since 2007 / In the industry since 2005 Maris joined East Capital in 2007 and is the Country Manager of East Capital Real Estate AS, the management company of East Capital’s Baltic real estate funds. He was previously the Latvian Country Manager of AVEC Asset Management, East Capital’s joint venture with Arco Real Estate. Maris has more than 13 years of experience in real estate previously working as a senior consultant in Arco Real Estate specializing in commercial real estate. Maris holds BSc in Business Administration from University of Latvia. He speaks Latvian, English and Russian.

Indrek Tool

Based in Tallinn At East Capital since 2008 / In the industry since 2002 Indrek joined East Capital’s real estate team as a property manager in 2008. He has 18 years of experience including property and maintenance management and property development. Indrek holds a Diploma of professional higher education of Property management from Tallinn Technical University. He speaks Estonian, English and Russian.
