Supplier Code of Conduct
East Capital Real Estate believes conducting business responsibly is crucial for long-term viability and success. This belief is strongly integrated into our operations, and we also expect our suppliers to contribute to the same principles. We are a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and as such commit our organization to meet fundamental responsibilities in four areas: human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. We expect our suppliers to have the same alignment in these areas, and require all suppliers and their sub-contractors to comply to East Capital’s Supply Chain and Procurement policy.
