On April 12, 2024, East Capital Real Estate completed the sale of two properties from the East Capital Baltic Property Fund portfolio, a production building in Maardu and the JEWE Mööblimaja in Jõhvi.

East Capital Real Estate (ECRE) fund IV has acquired the J13 logistics park just outside Tallinn. The fully leased park consists of 40,000 square metres of logistics and light industrial premises and is one of the largest in Estonia. This marks the 10th and final transaction of the EUR 350 million fund which is now fully invested.

East Capital Real Estate fund IV and Rimi Baltic, a part of ICA Gruppen, enter into an agreement whereby East Capital Real Estate acquires the modern 94,000 sq metres logistical and office center Rimi Baltic Distribution Center. This acquisition is 2023’s largest real estate transaction in Latvia and the largest in the Baltics for a logistics facility. The purchase price is on the 1 billion SEK level.

East Capital Real Estate is developing the largest logistics and light industry park in Estonia. Future East Capital Park Rae – a 140,000-square-metre logistics and light industry centre – will be located on a 30-hectare land plot next to Tallinn.

East Capital Real Estate has entered into an agreement with Swedbank AS, whose Jõhvi branch will become one of the anchor tenants in the newly renovated Tsentraal shopping and business centre. Swedbank will open its branch in the third quarter of next year.

East Capital Real Estate Fund IV signed an agreement with real estate developer Hepsor for the acquisition of a modern last mile and stock office building, StokOfiss U30, located in Riga, with a total lettable area of 3642 square metres. This is the second of two acquisitions for the fund over the past two weeks.

East Capital Real Estate Fund IV signed an agreement for the acquisition of two modern 10-storey office buildings, Duetto A and Duetto B, with a total lettable area of 17 260 square meters located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The transaction will be closed in early June 2023.
