We are looking for a Technical Construction Director for Park Rae

East Capital Real Estate is building Estonia’s largest logistics park in Rae municipality and is looking for a Technical Director responsible for managing the design and construction process. Park Rae is a new development project for logistics and light industry – a 140,000-square-meter logistics centre which will be located on a 30-hectare land plot next to Tallinn in Rae municipality. The objective is to make Park Rae stand out not only with its great location and top-ot-the line technical solutions, but also with attractive architecture, the best sustainable solutions and as a great place to work for future tenants and their staff.
