East Capital Real Estate completed the sale of two properties from the East Capital Baltic Property Fund portfolio

On April 12, 2024, East Capital Real Estate completed the sale of two properties from the East Capital Baltic Property Fund portfolio, a production building in Maardu and the JEWE Mööblimaja in Jõhvi.

Maardu has been part of the property fund since 2007, it is a 2,483 square metres production building with associated land. It is located near Tallinn and was previously owned by EPF Metal OÜ.

The second transaction was for the sale of the JEWE Möblimaja (furniture store) and associated land. The property is located in Jõhvi next to the central square and the bus terminal. The 3,676 square meters building, part of JEWE Keskus OÜ, was bought by Vladia OÜ. The transaction was overseen by SUPPA Advisers from the seller`s side.

Further transaction details are not subject to disclosure according to the parties’ agreements.
