East Capital Baltic Property Fund II (“the Fund”), managed by East Capital, has yesterday acquired the Metro Plaza office building in Tallinn, Estonia. East Capital Baltic Property Fund II (“the Fund”), managed by East Capital, has today acquired Rimi Eesti Food’s logistics centre and headquarters near Tallinn. The property, located at Põrguvälja tee 3, Jüri, was previously owned by Kinnisvaravalduse AS, a subsidiary of RIMI / ICA group. Rimi Eesti Food will remain a long term lessee of the property.
