East Capital Real Estate leases 2,000 sq metres of office space in the Zalgirio 112 Business Center in Vilnius, Lithuania, to Modus Mobility
East Capital Real Estate has signed a long-term lease for 2,000 sq metres of prime office space in Vilnius with Modus Mobility, a part of the international Modus Group and a leading provider of the Vehicle-As-A-Service solutions in the Baltics and Poland. Modus Mobility group includes well recognized and fast-growing brands such as CityBee, MyBee and Mobility Fleet Solutions. The new office will be the headquarters for all of Modus Group’s business lines associated with mobility services.
The design work is underwayfor and the new Modus Mobility group office has already started the renovations which will be completed in April 2023. After the completion of the renovations, the new office will accommodate 150-160 Modus Mobility group employess. It will be equipped with comfortable and ergonomic work spaces as well as meeting and recreational facilities. The tenant aims to create a unique working environment that matches the bold and energetic character of the Modus Mobility group companies. The renovations will be done by YIT Lithuania, the developer of the building.

Business Center Zalgirio 112 is a newly built 7,560 sq metres modern A+ energy efficiencient business center which recently obtained BREEAM’s New Construction “Very Good” Certification. The building will now serve as headquarters to major internationally and regionally recognized companies such as Devbridge (part of Cognizant Softvision) and Modus Mobility. East Capital Real Estate Fund IV acquired the building from YIT Lithuania in the end of 2021.
